Need Emergency Assistance?
Even with a plan in place, cultural institutions and individuals can be overwhelmed by a catastrophic event, especially a large-scale disaster that might also affect the personal lives of staff, their families, and their community.
While Alliance for Response works to develop their Heritage Response Team function, you can still contact us for collections related resources and advice. Contact AFR NYC at info@afrnyc.org
By Spring 2015, the AFR NYC Heritage Response Team (HRT) will have the necessary training and communications infrastructure in place to be ready to assist the cultural community when disaster strikes. Joining AFR today or activating your current membership will grant you access to a team of volunteer experts to help guide your recovery efforts.
